Most setups are complete within one to two weeks. A straightforward installation on existing infrastructure can be done in a few days. More complex deployments — with custom integrations, data migration, or specific compliance requirements — typically take two to four weeks from the initial discovery call to handover.
Both options work. We can deploy Nextcloud on managed cloud infrastructure we provision on your behalf, or we can install and configure it on servers you already own or rent. Either way, you retain full ownership of your data — we never act as a data processor unless you explicitly engage us under a separate data processing agreement.
Yes. We offer ongoing managed support packages that cover updates, security patching, monitoring, and a direct line to our team when something needs attention. Support is available as a monthly retainer or on an ad-hoc basis, depending on what suits your organisation.
We can provide it. We work with reputable European cloud providers, so if you do not have existing infrastructure, we can provision and manage it for you. If you prefer to use your own servers or a specific cloud provider, we are comfortable working within that constraint.
